Emergency Stop Knob

CAUTION

The Emergency Stop knob is intended for use in emergencies only.

Do NOT use the Emergency Stop to power down the unit under normal operating circumstances, as this action will result in equipment damage.

Always follow the proper shutdown sequence as described in Shutdown.

An Emergency Stop (E-Stop) knob is located to the right of the control panel.

When the Emergency Stop knob is pushed:

Power is disconnected from the engine ECM, which stops the engine
The main contactor is de-energized, which disables all electrical outputs

The knob remains engaged until it is pulled out.

If the Emergency Stop must be used, and the engine can be safely restarted, all systems should be shut down under normal conditions to ensure proper function.
