Over charge - high cell voltage

Disconnect charger and contact Valid Customer Support.

Over discharge - low cell voltage

Acknowledge the alarm and immediately charge the VPS20-12.

High temperature

Acknowledge the alarm, disconnect or reduce load, and allow the VPS20-12 to cool.

Low temperature

Acknowledge the alarm and move the VPS20-12 to a warmer location

Connect charger if charge level is low.

High current draw

Acknowledge the alarm and reduce the load.

Wi-Fi network not visible

Web server failure

Shut down the VPS20-12 and restart. If problem persists, contact Valid Customer Support.

Wi-Fi network visible and connected but no local website

Web server failure

Shut down the VPS20-12 and restart. If problem persists, contact Valid Customer Support.

Cannot connect to local Wi-Fi network

Incorrect access code

Change Wi-Fi passcode via display or contact Valid Customer Support.

Remote website info not updating

Multiple causes

Shut down the VPS20-12 and restart. If problem persists after 10 minutes, contact Valid Customer Support.
